Module: Economic Law

On January 15-27, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, conducted 9 sessions of theoretical training from the module “Economic Law” within the framework of the curriculum “Civil, Administrative and Economic Law”.

This module was conducted with the engagement of the trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court and Mr. Faton Bajrami, judge of the Commercial Court - second instance.

This module covered: Economic Law - commercial companies, contracts in the economy, banking and insurance affairs, credit contracts, insurance contracts - compensation for damage, intellectual property rights, copyrights - trademarks, alternative dispute resolution, bankruptcy and intellectual property.

The training methodology was developed using an interactive method and based on practical cases.

The beneficiaries of the training are 31 newly appointed judges, one of whom is from the Bosnia community.
