Module: Procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders; First session - Criminal responsibility of the natural person

On June 25, 2024, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the Module on the Proceeding involving perpetrators with mental disorders, held by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: the criminal responsibility of natural persons, the causes of waiver from the liability, and the measures that can be imposed on defendants with mental disorders.

The training methodology is presentation of practical cases an interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
