Enforcement Procedure

On September 05-06, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a roundtable on "Enforcement Procedure". Engaged panelists are: Mr. Adnan Konushevci, judge at the Court of Appeal and Mr. Kujtim Pasuli, judge at the Court of Appeal. The purpose of this roundtable is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the enforcement procedure. The methodology used during the roundtable is interactive discussion, presentation through cases, discussion and summary of conclusions on the discussed issue. Beneficiaries of this table are: Judges of Basic Courts as well as professional associates from the judiciary.
