Enforcement Procedure and mediation

On September 12, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EULEX, within the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field on "Enforcement Procedure and Mediation".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Faton Ademi and Mr. Arsim Hamzaj, judges at the Court of Appeal. The purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding the Enforcement Procedure, the execution of the enforcement proposal, decision-making, enforcement titles and the causes of failure.

Mediation The role of the court and the mediator in the mediation procedure. The applied methodology was of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions. Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates and legal officers from all courts of Kosovo, Civil Division.
