Judicial procedure for expropriation

February 6 2025, the Justice Academy within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on the judicial procedure for expropriation.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Faton Ademi and Mr. Burim Shala judges in the Court of Appeals.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the procedure for determining the compensation.

Training methodology is combined through the interactive discussions, elaboration of cases, work in groups and presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals and from the Basic instance.
