Handling of witnesses – part two Prepare for case representation in court Mentoring for Professional Associates

On March 12, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the Western Balkans Rule of Law initiative (WBROLI) funded by the United Kingdom and the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Prishtina, within the Continuous Training Program, are carrying out the fifth and concluding training session for professional associates on the topic "Handling witnesses – preparing for case representation in court".

Trainers working in this activity are: Mr. Simon Clements, prosecutor in the United Kingdom and Mrs. Aimee Emby, UK Court Case Representative.

Purpose of training is to advance the knowledge gained regarding the question with which the parties and their cases are before the court.

The training methodology is combined with the character of interactive discussion theory surrounding practical cases as well as role-playing in the mentoring sessions of questions asked by everyone during the training.

Beneficiaries of the training are: Professional associates from the Special Department of the Basic Court in Pristina and from the Special Prosecutor's Office.
