On December 10, 2024, the Justice Academy, within the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the Basic Module training for professional associates and legal officers in the criminal field on the topic The capacity of perpetrators - the meaning of the official person and the punitive policy for criminal offenses of corruption; Cooperation in the commission of a criminal offense; and Criminal offenses from Chapters XXVI, XXIII, XXX and Chapter XXIX of the CCK.
The trainer engaged in this activity is: Mr. Arian Gashi, prosecutor at the Appeals Prosecution Office.
Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding the capacity of the perpetrator as an official person, the criminal offenses of abuse of official position, the punitive policy towards official persons including forms of criminal collaboration, criminal offenses of narcotics, criminal offenses against property, and criminal offenses against endangering public traffic.
The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
The beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates and legal officers from the Courts and Prosecution Offices.
