Transitional Justice

On March 05, 2025, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation is conducting a theoretical training session from the “Traditional Justice” module, with the support of the trainer Mr. Baki Svirca, head of the Transitional Justice Division.

From this module, the judges benefited from the definition of transitional justice and the Role of the Judge in Transitional Justice.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive method and based on practical cases.

The beneficiaries of the training are 31 newly appointed judges 2024/2025
