Labor Law and the Law of Obligations

On October 26, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training session from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field, on the topic “Labor Law and the Law of Obligations.” The trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeals, and Mr. Adnan Konushevci, Judge at the Court of Appeals. Purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge regarding contracts and their interpretation, as well as judicial protection in labor relations disputes pursuant to the Labor Law. The methodology applied is of a combined nature, featuring theoretical explanations and interactive discussions. The beneficiaries of this training include professional associates and legal officers from courts across all regions of Kosovo.
