Implementation of legal provisions in force on citizenship in the Republic of Kosovo;
Ways of acquiring citizenship;
Ways of losing citizenship;
Cases from judicial practice in the country, the region and Europe.

Objectives :

To become familiar with the principles and policies related to the protection of stateless persons;
To advance their knowledge in the development and implementation of local legislation in accordance with the principles of international law for the protection of the rights of stateless persons.
To become familiar with current issues of statelessness in Kosovo;
To analyze the ways of acquiring citizenship according to the LCK;
To correctly interpret and apply the provisions of the LCK when deciding on citizenship issues.
