Objectives :

Correctly understand the role of judges in the process of referring, approving or rejecting mediation agreements;
Correctly apply the legal basis of mediation;
Unify the practice of referring, approving or annulling agreements reached through mediation;
Clarify the procedure for referring family cases to the mediation procedure;
Unify the referral of disputes for which mandatory mediation is provided;
Unify the implementation of the Protocol on Mediation.
