The features of the practices of these two courts as a challenge in itself and the professional attitudes-approaches of these two courts, regarding the judicial protection of human rights.
The reasons why the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, in its practice, strongly relies on the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and the comprehensive explanation of the specific constitutional Obligation for the implementation of Article 53 of the Constitution - "Human rights and fundamental freedoms (must e) are interpreted in harmony with the decisions of the European Court for Human Rights";
To learn and implement the institute of incidental control of constitutionality.
