Phases of the criminal procedure, Indictment, judicial examination and reasoning of the judgment

On September 25, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within the Continuous Training Program, are carrying out the training from the Basic Module for a professional associate and legal officer in the criminal field on the topic Phases of criminal procedure, Indictment, judicial examination and reasoning of the judgment.

Trainer engaged in this training is Mr. Sultan Dobraj, judge at the Basic Court in Gjakova.

Purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge on the phases of criminal procedure, the indictment, the judicial examination and the reasoning of the judgment according to CODE NO. 08/L-032 of Criminal Procedure.

The applied methodology was of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions. Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional collaborators and legal officers from the Courts and Prosecutor's Offices, officers from the Free Legal Aid Agency officers from NGOs.
