Law on Forests of Kosovo, and the nature and environment protection

February 20 2024, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is delivering the training on Law on Forests of Kosovo, and the nature and environment protection.

Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Ramiz Kuçi judge in the Appeals Court, and Mr. Ramadan Gashi Permanent Trainer in the Academy of Justice.

Purpose of this training s to extent the participants knowledge on the environmental terminology: The Environment, nature, environment pollution, environment degradation, deforestation, forest theft, nature damage, etc. This training discussed on the criminal offences of pollution and environment degradation, and identified the elements that establish the criminal offence of environment, nature and forest.

Training methodology is combination of theoretical presentations and interactive discussions through practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Basic instance from all regions of Kosovo.
