Combating serious and organized crime, high-level corruption and complex crimes – Session II
On September 17-18, 2024, the Academy of Justice jointly with the Judicial Training Center of Montenegro, in cooperation with Chemonics, within the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the second session of the training on Combating serious and organized crime, high-level corruption and complex crimes.
Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge at the Supreme Court, Mrs. Jennifer Seel, judge from Germany, Mr. Theo Byl expert from Belgium and Mr. Igor Durickovic, judge in the high court of Podgorica.
In the opening remarks, the Executive Director Mr. Enver Fejzullahu emphasized the importance of this training, and then thanking all the attendees and collaborators for the best possible realization of this activity, and at the same time hoping for other collaborations in the future.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the fight against serious and organized crimes, high-level corruption and complex crimes.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.
Participants: The President of the Supreme Court, Presidents of the Basic Court in Pristina and Gjakovë, as well as judges from the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
