Judicial protection of the children rights in the contested and uncontested procedure (Regions of Prishtina, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Gjilan)

April 2nd 2024, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is delivering the roundtable on Judicial protection of the children rights in the contested and uncontested procedure (regions of Prishtina, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Gjilan). Panelists for this roundtable are Mr. Valon Totaj President of the Appeals Court and Mr. Bedri Bahtiri Professor in the University of Prishtina. Purpose of this roundtable is to extend the participants knowledge on the legal basis for the parental care, determining the personal contacts and the alimony – financial support. The roundtable is being developed in form of interactive discussions, presentation of issues through cases, discussion on cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed matters. Beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges of the basic instance courts.
