Judicial protection in administrative conflict

March 7 2024, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting the training on “Judicial Protection in administrative conflict”.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mrs. Delushe Halimi, judge in the Appeals Court – Administrative Department, and Mr. Islam Sllamniku permanent judicial trainer in the Academy of Justice.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the judicial protection in the administrative conflict procedure, including the right for access to court and to decision-making.

Training methodology is a combination of theoretical nature and interactive discussions through presentation of practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Basic instance, professional associates from Basic Courts, the Appeals Court and from the Supreme Court.
