Module: Administrative law – second session: Administrative act and legal remedies

On March 14, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training from the "Administrative Law" module, conducted by the trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session is covering the following: the administrative act, the revocation and annulment of the administrative act, the administrative act with the LGAP is provided for by (Article 44) where the act is defined and the administrative act approved in silence is provided for by (Article 100). The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
