Module: EU law; Session four: Protection of fundamental rights in Europe

On September 24, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, is conducting theoretical training, from the "EU Law" module, held by the trainer Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, Professor at the University of Pristina.

This session addressed the following: the charter of fundamental rights of the European Union, the content and history of the charter of the European Union, the analysis of cases before implementation of the charter, the EU right to asylum and the fundamental principles of European law in the field of data protection.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are the newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community, generation XII 2024/2025.
