Module: Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility; Session four: Disciplinary procedure for judges
On September 12, 2024, the Justice Academy within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, is conducting theoretical training, from the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility", held by the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Court of Appeal.
This session is addressing the following: the disciplinary procedures of judges, as well as in the framework of this topic, the dilemmas of who can file a disciplinary complaint against a judge, where a complaint against a judge is filed, and what does the competent authority mean?
The training methodology is interactive method and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 32 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Serbian community, 2024/2025.
