Module: Juvenile Justice Code; First session - Structure of the Juvenile Justice Code, Principles of Juvenile Justice measures and crimes against minors.

On July 4, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the "Juvenile Justice Code" module, held by the trainer Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Mitrovica.

This session is elaborating the following: the guiding principles, the definitions they have in the JJC, the measures and sanctions applicable to minors, the choice of measures and applicable measures and the role of the probation service.

The training methodology is interactive discussions methods and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
