Module: Juvenile Justice Code; Third session - Implementation of preparatory procedure and juvenile detention

On July 8, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Juvenile Justice Code" module, held by the trainer Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor at the Mitrovica Basic Prosecutor's Office.

This session is addressing the following: the purpose of educational measures, the types and duration of educational measures, educational measures of increased supervision with special obligations, increased supervision by the parent, adoptive parent or guardian, punishment with a fine, community service order and juvenile detention.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
