Module: Law on minor Offences; Session One: Minor Offenses, Minor offense Procedure and Minor offense judgments

On June 24, 2024, the Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Minor offense" module, held by the trainer Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Appeals Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: The law on minor offenses, the offenses, municipal regulations, initiation and development of the minor offense Procedure as well as the defendant and the victim in the procedure.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
