Module: Law on Minor Offences; Session One: Minor Offenses, Minor offence Procedure and minor offence Judgment

On September 25, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, conducted the theoretical training from the "Law on Minor Offences” module, that is carried out by the trainer Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: Law on Minor offences, minor offense, municipal regulations, initiation and development of the Minor Offence Procedure, and the defendant and the victim in the procedure.

The training methodology is being interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community, generation XII 2024/2025.
