Module: Case Management and Performance Evaluation

Through November 22-27, 2024, the Justice Academy within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, conducted three theoretical training sessions from the module “Case Management and Performance Evaluation” within the framework of the curriculum “Personal and Interdisciplinary Skills”.

This module was conducted with the support of the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Supreme Court.

This module addressed: The importance and principles of case flow management, the purpose of the work of the courts and the basic methods in case management as well as the control of postponement, leadership and measures of the performance of judges and the evaluation of the performance of judges.

The training methodology was developed using an interactive method and based on practical cases.

The beneficiaries of the training are 31 newly appointed judges, one of whom is from the Bosnian community.
