Module – Contested Procedure - part two; Session four: Securing the claim

On February 26, 2024, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module "Contested procedure - the second part", held by the trainer Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is addressing the following: the goal achieved through the insurance measure, the conditions for setting the insurance measures, the types of insurance measures and the time when the request-proposal for the insurance of the claim can be presented.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive discussions and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
