Module: Procedure involving mentally disordered offenders; Third session Detention of mentally disordered offenders

On June 27, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training from the Module on the Procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders, held by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Appeals Court. Within this session, the following topics are being addressed: detention and the conditions and legal requirements for the measure of detention. The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
