Module: Enforcement procedure; Session five: Enforcement through bank accounts - unification of acts

On March 15, 2024, as part of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is conducting theoretical training from the "Enforcement Procedure" module, held by the trainer Mr. Adnan Konushevci, Judge at the Appeals Court. This session is addressing the following: enforcement on bank accounts, compulsory enforcement, sequestration and enforcement on the bank account through the register of bank accounts, and action in cases when there are no funds in the account. The training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based method. Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges 2024/2025.
