Module: Procedure according to legal remedies; Second session: Grounds for exercising the appeal

On June 24, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module on the Procedure according to legal remedies, held by the trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: drafting of the Appeals Court decision, the grounds for exercising the appeal, the appeal against the ruling of the Basic Court in the Appeals Court, and general rules of the appeals procedure.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
