Module – Alternative Procedures; Session Four: Negotiation of the Plea Bargaining Agreement

On July 5, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Alternative Procedures" module with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prishtina.

This session is addressing the following: the institution of the plea bargaining agreement as well as its advantages and disadvantages.

The training methodology is using the interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
