Module – Special procedures under the CPC; Second session: Detention

On June 1, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the eleventh generation is conducting the theoretical training from the module on "Special Procedures according to the CPC" that is carried out by the trainer Mr. Skender Çoqaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This is the second session that covers the following aspects: Criminal responsibility of the natural person, temporary and permanent mental illnesses, retarded mental development, the implementation of psychiatric examination and the decision on the ability to stand trial.

The training methodology is applying practical cases as well as with the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 15 newly appointed judges.
