Module: Special procedures under the Criminal Procedure Code; Third session: Procedure for issuing a punitive order

On February 13, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module "Special Procedures according to the Criminal Procedure Code", held by the trainer Mr. Arben Ismajli, Prosecutor in the Appellate Prosecutor's Office.

This session is elaborating on the following: the types of punishments and measures that the prosecutor can ask with a request for the granting of a punitive order, the dismissal of the request for a punitive order, the judgment for a punitive order and the sending of the judgment for a punitive order and its objection.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed state prosecutors 2024/2025.
