Module: Rules of communication; First session - Internal rules of communication

On September 9, 2024, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the twelfth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Rules of communication" module, held by the trainer Prof. Fatmir Çollakaj, trainer at the Academy of Justice.

The topics that are being addressed in this session are: The characteristics and specifics of internal communication as a predisposition for a successful performance to realize the mission and fulfill the duties of the judge and the determining factors that make communication difficult within the institution and outside.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 32 newly appointed judges, including one from the Bosnian community and one from the Serbian community, 2024/2025.
