Module: Personal and interdisciplinary skills; Fourth session: Protecting health and improving the quality of work and life

January 20 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges, generation 9, is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Increasing the judge’s social skills” with trainer professor Fatmir Qollakaj, trainer at the Academy of Justice.

This training session is covering the following topics: protecting health and improving the quality of work and life, the impact of stress at work and stress management.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges of the generation, one of them is from the Bosnian community.
