Module: Initial hearing and the main hearing; Session 4: Court hearing

On February 13, 2024, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the "Initial hearing and the main hearing" module, held by the trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is addressing the following: The right way in matters related to the court hearing, the provisions of the CPC during the court hearing review, compiling in a practical way a record of the court hearing and avoiding some of the eventual dilemmas related to with court hearing.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases method. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed state prosecutors of 2024/2025.
