Module – Sanctioning Policy Guideline; Session 1 – General Penal Policy Guideline

On March 03, 2024, Academy of Justice within the training program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, conducted the theoretical training from the "Sanctioning Policy Guideline" module, which is conducted by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court. This session is addressing the following: the purpose of sentencing from the guideline’s perspective, the starting point of the sentence, the prohibition of double evaluation of the circumstances, and the rules for calculating the sentence. The training methodology is practical cases and the conversation method. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
