Module: Exercise of legal remedies; First session: Compilation of the complaint by the state prosecutor

On February 26, 2024, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the module "Exercise of legal remedies", held by the trainer Mr. Bahri Hyseni, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor. This session, is addressing the following: Drafting of the complaint by the state prosecutor and the Decisions of the judge of the preliminary procedure, the single trial judge, the presiding judge of the trial panel that can be appealed. The training methodology is interactive and practical cases. Beneficiaries of the training are 22 newly appointed state prosecutors 2023/2024.
