Sub-module: Reasoning of court decisions in civil matters; Third session: Interpretation and legal reasoning

On January 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the for the first group of newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of judicial decisions in the civil field", delivered by the trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is addressing the following: interpretation as an important component for legal writing and reasoning, types of interpretation, methods of interpretation, analogy, legal reasoning and legal reasoning by analogy and deductive analogy.

The training methodology is through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
