Sub-module: Reasoning of court decisions in the criminal field; Fourth session: Legal Reasoning and the methodology of drafting the criminal verdict

On January 24, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges, generation nine, delivered a theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of court decisions" conducted by trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is addressing the following: the right to a reasoned judicial decision, the methodology of drafting the criminal judgment and the reasoning of the judgment.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
