Sub-module: Reasoning of court decisions in criminal law area; First session: Legal writing

January 19 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training for the first group of newly appointed judges, is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Reasoning of court decisions” with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge in the Appeals Court.

During implementation of this session, the importance of legal writing, the characteristics of legal writing and the difference with traditional writing and legal norms that formalize the way of expressing opinions and arguments are being addressed.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
