Sub-module - Reasoning of judicial decisions in the criminal field; Third session: Legal Writing and Methodology of using the IRAC Formula

On January 23, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges, generation nine, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of judicial decisions" with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeals.

This training session is addressing the following: legal writing in the US is characterized by the use of the IRAC method, through which legal issues are addressed; What does IRAC represent? Identification of the issue (Problem), Analysis of the Legal Norm and Conclusion.

The training methodology is using practical cases and the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
