Sub-module: Liability of the legal entities; Second session: basis and limit of the legal person’s liability

January 25 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Legal person’s liability” delivered by trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.

This session, addressed the following: Penalties and sanctions that can be imposed on legal entities according to the law, procedures for legal entities according to the law, territorial competence and measures that can be imposed by legal entities.

Training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community.
