Sub-module: Uncontested procedure; Fourth session: Drafting verdict in uncontested procedure and legal remedies

January 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Uncontested Procedure” held by trainer Mrs. Drita Rexhaj judge in the Appeals Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: forms of decisions, regular legal remedies (Complaint), extraordinary remedies, revision, repetition of the procedure, contested facts related to the preliminary case and the resolution of the preliminary case.

Training methodology is conducting is interactive and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
