Sub-module – Contentious procedure-first part, twelfth session: Cases from judicial practice

On January 30, 2023, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the first group, is carrying out theoretical training under the sub-module Contentious procedure-first part, with the of the trainer engaged Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

During the implementation of this session, the following are being addressed: the practice created by the courts as well as the provisions of the LPK, in specific cases.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
