Sub module – Alternative procedures, fourth session: Negotiation on plea bargaining agreement (Article 233)

On 30 January 2023, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, second group, a theoretical training is being carried out on the module “Alternative procedures” with the trainer engaged Mr. Kujtim Munishi Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina.

During this session, the following are being addressed: the negotiation of the plea agreement (Article 233), the benefits of the plea agreement and the side effects of the party.

The training methodology is being implemented through practical cases and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, one of whom is from the Bosnian community.
