Sub-module – Special procedures under the CPCK; Third session: Punitive orders

On February 1, 2023, Academy of Justice within its Initial training program for the second group of newly appointed judges, the ninth generation, conducted a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Special Procedures according to the KPCK” with trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

The first training session addressed the following topics: the request for issuing the punitive order, the treatment by means of compulsory rehabilitation of persons addicted to drugs or alcohol, the imposition of the measure for compulsory rehabilitation treatment and the supervision of compulsory treatment rehabilitation by the court.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, including two members of the Bosnian community.
