Sub-module – Evidence in criminal procedure; Fourth session: Control, examination of international requirements, proof and admissibility

On February 1 2023, Academy of Justice within its initial training program for the second group of newly appointed judges, the ninth generation, conducted the theoretical training from the module "Evidence in criminal procedure" which is being carried out by trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session, is addressing the following topics: control, review and reconstruction, international requirements or evidence obtained abroad, admissible evidence and their evaluation.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community.
