Sub-module: The role of the prosecutor in the judicial hearing phase; Third session: Direct examination, cross-examination and re-examination of the witness

On February 28, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training from the sub-module on “The role of the prosecutor in the judicial hearing”, delivered by the trainer Mr. Ilir Morina, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

This training session is covering the following topics: the role of the state prosecutor during the examination of witnesses, direct examination, cross-examination, and re-examination.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/23.
