Recognition and enforcement of local and foreign Arbitration decisions

On October 17, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with USAID Commercial Law Activity, within the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the training on the topic "Recognition and enforcement of local and foreign Arbitration decisions".

Engaged trainer is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

The purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge and increasing the judges’ capacities on terms of fair and accurate interpretation of the provisions that may have ambiguity regarding the recognition and enforcement of arbitration decisions.

The training methodology is interactive discussion including theoretical and practical explanations, followed by practical examples.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges and professional associates of the Commercial Court.
