Criminal procedure for perpetrators with mental disorders

December 4 2024, Justice Academy in cooperation with OSCE, within the Continuous Training Program are conducting training on “Criminal Procedure for perpetrators with mental disorders”.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Hashim Çollaku judge in the Appeals Court, and Mr. Ramadan Gashi permanent trainer in the Justice Academy.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on analyzing the procedure against perpetrators with mental disorders, e expertise, imposing the detention measure against these persons.

Training methodology is a combination of theoretical presentations and interactive discussions on practical cases from the judicial practice.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors from all regions of Kosovo.
